I don't do flash animations because I haven't the patience or design talent. I do highly enjoy works created with flash, and, as an author, write occasional bloggage about exceptional bits of it. Lurker for years, now a reviewer!

Serious review first, then giggle bits.
I think the game looks very nice, nice background and character design with oh so smooth animation. The problem is that when I was playing I was too focused on the angel to really get a look around and appreciate it all. This game is very simple but also quite fun and addictive.
Now bout dat Angel - bitch needs to get fired! Closing her eyes and singing while she cuttin on lil baby animals, over-sugaring her tea, and I KNOW them calls ain't work related cuz the girl be actin all flushed and giggly on dat phone. Then when she remembers to work, she gets all fast, haste makin waste and whatnot. If I owned this shampoochery, I'd fire that lil layabout and promote the worker so desperate to do her job, she sneaks around to do it - now that's a committed employee!

that this is amazing. I am generally a fan of your loops, but when I first saw this one, I was like "meh it's another loop song from Weebl, good but not epic". Then I found myself singing "sweet lemonade, ooooooh sweet lemonade" and altering the lyric to "shut up bitch get on my horse". I came back to the submission to give it the proper 5 and have been visiting daily to view and vote. This is truly addicitively viral. It's less accessible than "Narwhals" and "Badgers" because it is more surreal at first glance. Still, I think many will get over that and embrace this for the genius it is after realizing that their brain has been branded with this song.
The only thing I can say is that I would like to see the horse turn into a plane.

I actually love the control idea, I think it adds a new dynamic to this genre of beat-em-up game, where instead of being tied to the keyboard or only using the mouse to occasionally aim, this makes the mouse an interactive part of the gameplay. It's very fun to knock zombies out the windows, but I died due to a glitch: I got caught in the shattered glass area and couldn't move or kick, just punch. The novelty controls only hold interest for so long though. Even having different zombies or introducing melee weapons would reduce the monotony so that one might actually feel psyched to get through the whole building and not just like you're doing the same thing but with more enemies each level. All in all, this game is still a very great accomplishment, recommended to the Zombies Collection.

I feel like you have made a treasure capsule of mid 90s through early 00s humor here. I can remember being a kid, and being peer-led into the hellhole of the early Pokemon games. Oh this brought back some terrible concealed memories.
The random frames between load scenes is brilliant. Humor is top rate. I just plain love this, a top quality game parody.

I really like your style of animation. The fixed texture background is very nice, and is quite the popular trend in more artsy submissions as of late (War, Snow and Fire is the biggest one to come to mind). I was a little disconcerted at how the background pixelated for closer shots, but noticing that you maintained proper pixelation per scale (whether that was unavoidable or intentional), this is acceptable as a stylistic choice. Your text style is very appealing to me, I must also mention, and I prefer it to spoken word. I would say that refining your character design style to be distinctly your own is your next major step in artistic development, as you clearly demonstrate a thorough understanding of shot composition, pacing, and brilliant music choice.
I remember the days when it was so easy to make friends as to simply ask "Do you want to be my friend?". I wish it were the same protocol for adults. Perhaps we would find more diverse and intriguing relationships that way.
I would like to see more of this story, though I did not need to watch part one to fully grasp this part. I understand you want people to watch your other submissions, but you may mention in the summary that it isn't necessary to see part one, as sometimes the demand to "see previous entries" can make a user think "oh no I don't want to be getting into a series, just something that can stand on its own". And I think you should emphasize THAT - that this piece can be viewed and appreciated on its own - and just mention that Part One is out there if you loved this one. Sorry it took me so long for that one tiny non-animation suggestion, but, being a writer, my thing is presentation and marketing of story and not animation technique.
Congrats on producing this fine piece. I usually don't like sweet and cutesy things, but this one got me.

i know, pixelation was my mistake, I'll fix it in next part.

The color choices were beautiful; the blue scheme looks stunning. The biggest thing lacking was sound effects; those last few seconds without any sound, effect or music, were awkward. I agree with other reviewers that you should definitely expand this into a series; I see great potential for your mist-teleporting character. And also your animation is amazingly fluid in the fight scenes. Well done and keep making 'em!
Author's Response:
Thanks. :) :) I likes the colours too. :P
Again. it plays perfectly on my computer o.O Aswell in the .fla. Haha I think I will come back sometime and make a continuation to this. But it will have to wait till im dont my next project. :)
I like that. Mist teleporting :P
And thanks. The fight scene I did in one 9 hour sitting XD (3pm-midnight) With a few breaks here and there. I guess that work paid off. :)
Thanks. And I will. :) :)

Oh Anusboy!, to dream we've only been one link, one more random scramble through the NGina away from each other all this time! But alas I am glad we have found each other now.
Writing this after seeing this first time, my first intro to your art, not having looked at your profile yet, (and I will be exploring all that shortly) I know I've found some really amazing creations that just click my head to tweakified bliss.
One of the best things on NG ever, needs such a higher score (will do my part).
I'm proper stunned and delighted. Not speechless, because that doesn't happen to me, but whatever the scribe's equivalent to sudden speechlessness provoked by art is, I am that.

The animation is GREAT, but this just doesn't deliver on the funny. NARWHALS is super superior to this superficial attempt at a "quirky song goes loopy".

I hope yall mean this as pure satire/intentional crap cuz that's the only way it could possibly work. Made me chuckle with its hilariously BAAAAAAAADness!
